Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.
